A deepwater cargo of 15th century painted pottery from the South China Sea, recovered off Central Vietnam in the mid 90's and sold at Butterfield's Auction House in San Francisco.

These are very special pieces to me, which I tried for several years to procure before eventually succeded. They are 500 years old! And my favorite part about the plate, is the sprinkling of barnicles on its bottom.
